Bush just signed a defense bill that forbids cruel and unusual treatment of
prisoners. This means that any American who tortures a prisoner is guilty
of a federal crime. There will still be violaters...but they will be
prosecuted. I wonder when Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Vietnam, Egypt, Saudi
Arabia, Syria, and Libya will do the same?

I wont hold my breath.
