whether you love or hate israel, claiming that the holocaust didnt happen
helps no one. if the reality of the holocaust can be challenged, then its
o.k. to say that the 800,000 palestinian refugees left in 1948 because they
wanted to. its ok to say that black slaves enjoyed the ride to the usa.
its ok to say that apartheid was good for democracy. its ok to say that the
crusaders were just trying to civilize the arabs. do you really want to go
down that road?
certain things in history just need to be accepted as fact. they are backed
up by overwhelming evidence and the eyewitness accounts of millions of
people. these include slavery, apartheid, segregation, the expulsion of
800,000 arabs from palestine, the holocaust, the armenian genocide, the
irish potato famine, the murder of the native americans, etc etc. if we
allow everything to be challenged by anyone with a political agenda, then
nothing will be fact and we will live in a world of foggy reality.
