HOLOCAUST DENIAL LAWS WILL BACKFIRE

I have a serious problem with holocaust denial laws. maybe im just a nieve
american...but i believe that freedom of speech is the most important value
a nation can have.

denying the holocaust is disgusting, bigoted, hateful, untruthful..and
frankly disgusting. but frankily. having criminal penalties for people who
question or deny the holocaust only makes martyrs out of them. and when you
pass laws criminalizing a point of view...one can legitimately ask "what are
you trying to hide?". our society is built on the value that truth will
always win over lies and deciet. why cant holocaust deniers be defeated in
the halls of debate and facts? why are we so afraid to take up the
challenge of prooving the disgusting truth of the holocaust? are we just
too lazy to take up the challenge? if you believe in the power of
truth...you will not fear debate about the holocaust....cause we all know it
happened. criminalizing holocaust denial...only gives ammunintion to the
enemy. and only dictatorships pass laws against questioning historical
events. do we really want to go down that road?

Given that it still it so close to the time it happened it might be
necessary to have such laws but I can see you point.

However I do propose that laws should be implemented to stop other
people from forcing stupidity on students. For instance there should
be a law against people imposing nonscientific 'education' onto
students, such as forcing students to deny that evolution happened by
insisting that it is unproven and forcing students to be taught that
there is a 'debate' about evolution. :-)

I think education and common sense will win out over any law. Decent,
thinking human beings will understand that you can't rewrite history.

However, if revisionism is a way of disguising hate speech, then laws
against THAT must be made and enforced.

But the Holocaust is a Jewish myth, just like Christianity, and just as
false.

Think about it. Do you really suppose it's possible to gas millions of
people without leaving a trace of physical evidence? And remember, earlier
versions of the fable included mass electrocutions and even steaming. Then
there were the lampshades made of skin and the soap made of human fat. They
have all been discredited but the gassing tale is being clung to with a
death grip lest the whole house of cards collapse.

Zyklon B was a delousing agent and there is no evidence that it was used for
anything else. It actually saved millions of Jews and other Communists in
the camps.

It took 2,000 years for the Christian cult to finally begin to fade away in
Europe. Let's hope the Holocaust cult doesn't endure that long. It certainly
won't since Europe is scheduled to become majority Muslim by mid century.

Let's see you PROVE that there was no cyanide (or other poison) residues.

able to transport piles of thousands of human carcasses, all for the purpose
of creating a "hoax."

Brilliant. They broke out of the concentration camps, stole bodies from
devastated German cities, piled them into large heaps, and photographed
them, all before bedtime. All to make a little publicity and history.

There are no photographs of gas victims, not a single body of a gas victim
was ever found.
I think you are getting mixed up with the photos of the victims of typhus.

This is an extremely common mistake made by the general public.
No one has ever claimed that those dead bodies in those photos where murder
victims.

many privately owned cameras floating around, I find it inconceivable that
there aren't at least some incriminating photos floating around.

Actually Hermann Goering did say that "Nazism is the appliance of biology".

family .

starvation and mistreatment of inmates in Nazi "work camps" had nothing
to do with "harsh conditions at the war's end".

As early as 1942, the death rate in these camps had reached
